How to bring chats and meeting transcripts into PLARO
Where to export KakaoTalk chats (PC · Mac · iPhone · Galaxy), Zoom, Teams and Google Meet transcripts, CLOVA Note files and iPhone call recordings — and how they go into PLARO.

Exporting a KakaoTalk chat
On Windows, press Ctrl + S in the chat (or Menu → Chat content → Export chat) — a .txt file is saved. On a Mac, ≡ menu → Chat room settings → Manage chat history → Save chat history — a .csv file. On an iPhone, ≡ → settings → export chat → save all messages as documents — drop the zip from the Files app as it is, without unpacking it. On Galaxy and Android, ≡ → settings → export chat → send text only → to your own email — drop the attached .txt.
Getting a meeting app’s transcript
Zoom: download the cloud recording’s transcript as .vtt — it exists only on a paid plan with cloud recording and transcripts turned on. Teams: after the meeting, the organiser or a co-organiser downloads the transcript as .docx or .vtt. Google Meet: a transcript document appears in the organiser’s Google Drive; File → Download → .docx — Business Standard or higher, and personal accounts have no transcripts. For a meeting with no transcript, record it in PLARO: pick the meeting tab in Chrome on your computer and PLARO takes the meeting’s audio together with your microphone.
Recording apps and call recordings
CLOVA Note: in the note, Download → .txt or .docx, with participants and timestamps included. iPhone call recordings: copy the call transcript saved in the Notes app and use Paste (iOS 18.1 or later). Audio files (m4a · mp3 · wav and others) up to 500 MB can be uploaded as they are, and PLARO transcribes them.
Putting it into PLARO
In the project, choose [Add meeting ▾] → Import a chat or transcript file and drop the file (up to 20 MB). You don’t pick the app: KakaoTalk, Zoom, Teams and CLOVA Note are recognised from the file, and a KakaoTalk chat you bring in again is compared from the message after the last one you brought in. Names and times are not sent to the AI for the comparison; they are only attached to each finding’s evidence line.
Guides to requirements and meeting changes
PLARO compares client project requirements with meeting content, helps managers keep reviewed changes in new document versions, and records client confirmation.
Getting started
Requirements document example and reusable template
Use an online store redesign sample to separate requirements, acceptance criteria and open questions, and keep document versions.
Review meeting changes and request client confirmation
Compare a meeting excerpt with requirements v1, review the proposed change, then create v2 and request client confirmation.
