Questions about paying
- How do I pay?
- After signing up, from the plan window in the app, in a Creem checkout window. Creem handles the payment and receipts as the merchant of record.
- What about tax?
- Prices include tax.
- What happens when I cancel?
- Cancel any time in Account settings › Billing. You keep the plan until the end of the current billing period, and the next payment isn’t charged.
- Can I get a refund?
- On a personal plan you get the whole payment back within 7 days of the confirmation e-mail if you haven’t used that payment’s credits or recording minutes. After that, “Cancel now” still ends the plan at once and refunds the time not used.
- When do the free limits refill?
- At 00:00 UTC on the 1st of every month.
- Where can I use it?
- You can sign up and pay in Korea, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
