PLARO Acceptable Use Policy
This policy defines permitted and prohibited uses to ensure that PLARO and its AI features are used safely and lawfully.
1. Permitted Use
- Personal and team use for note-taking, schedule management, productivity, recording organization, and work assistance
- Summarizing, organizing, or analyzing content that the user lawfully owns or is authorized to use
- General use for education, work, operations, and project management
- Transcribing, organizing, and summarizing recordings and materials for which the user has participant consent or another lawful right
2. Prohibited Use
- Illegal activity, fraud, phishing, malware creation, account theft, or system intrusion
- Violating another person’s intellectual property, portrait rights, personal information, or confidential information
- Recording, uploading, or transcribing another person’s voice, meeting, class, or call without consent or another valid legal basis
- Generating, organizing, or distributing obscene, sexual, exploitative, or NSFW content, including sexual content involving minors
- Creating or distributing hateful, violent, self-harm-promoting, harassing, or discriminatory content
- Deepfakes, face manipulation, impersonation, deceptive marketing, or false information generation
- Using unverified automated decision-making in high-risk fields such as law, finance, or medicine
3. Additional Restrictions for AI Features
- PLARO AI features do not permit the creation of obscene or sexually explicit content.
- Model provider names are shown only for feature explanation, and PLARO is not an official service of those providers.
- Users are responsible for reviewing generated results and must not distribute them externally without verification.
- Users must not present or market AI output as a substitute for professional advice, legal review, medical judgment, or financial judgment.
4. Enforcement and Sanctions
- If a policy violation is confirmed or suspected, the Company may block content, restrict features or billing, suspend accounts, or terminate service.
- If required by law or by a payment provider, relevant materials may be preserved or submitted.
