PLARO Terms of Service
These terms govern the conditions of use, paid service rules, prohibited conduct, and the allocation of responsibilities for PLARO web and app services.
1. Service Overview
- PLARO is a digital productivity service that provides notepads, calendars, challenges, recordings, and AI-based organization and assistance features.
- Some features may be provided using external AI models or APIs such as Google Gemini or OpenAI.
- PLARO is an independent service that connects external AI models within its own interface and is not an official service of any model provider.
2. Accounts and User Responsibility
- Users must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
- Unauthorized use of another person’s account or interference with service operations is prohibited.
- Users are responsible for the content they upload or generate.
- Users must secure any rights and consents required for the information they upload, transcribe, share, or generate, and must themselves comply with laws relating to minors and third-party rights.
3. Paid Plans, Recurring Billing, and Cancellation
- Paid plans are activated immediately after payment is completed.
- Monthly and yearly plans may renew through recurring billing.
- Users may request cancellation of recurring billing through the account page or the provided billing management tools.
- After cancellation, service remains available until the end of the current billing period and further charges stop from the next cycle.
- Before proceeding to checkout, users must review and agree to the pricing, billing cycle, recurring billing, cancellation, and refund standards.

4. Prohibited Conduct
- Uploading illegal content, rights infringement, fraud, malware distribution, or abuse of the service
- Entering, sharing, or distributing another person’s personal or confidential information without authorization
- Recording, uploading, or transcribing another person’s voice, meeting, class, or call without consent or another valid legal basis
- Attempting to generate or distribute sexual, obscene, exploitative, violent, or hateful content
- Actions that harm service stability, including system bypasses, abnormal automation, or excessive requests

5. AI Feature Notice
- AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, so users must review them before making important decisions.
- Users must not use AI features for illegal, harmful, obscene, or deceptive purposes.
- PLARO does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI output for a particular purpose, and users must review outputs before relying on them in real-world decisions.
- PLARO may restrict or terminate use, content, or accounts that appear to violate its policies.
6. Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company may limit liability for damages caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control, such as natural disasters, network failures, external infrastructure outages, or third-party service interruptions.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company may limit liability for indirect, special, or incidental damages arising from the use of free features, beta features, or AI-assisted functionality.
- This section does not exclude liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence where such limitations are prohibited.
